Have Cap 9 Settings Changed On Me?

Something has changed in my Captivate 9 that is causing my projects from PowerPoint to not show correctly.  Slides display odd font sizes and double space sentences created using PPTX bullets.  Also, text in tables (which previously fit correctly, now spills out of the cell.  I have tried this using different project sizes, both custom and preset and the problem remains.  I also re-created projects that are correct earlier using the same settings and the same PPTX file and the results have the same font issues.

I haven't changed any settings in either Captivate or PowerPoint and have not installed any systems updates to my PC.

But, creating the CPTX file on my Mac, creates the file correctly with the fonts sized properly.

Has anyone experienced this or know of a solution?

You mention that you haven't applied system updates, has an Administrator pushed OS, application, driver, or browser update to your PC?

My strongest feeling is that an update to MS Office has pushed an incompatible version of PowerPoint to the PC.

Are you using the same browser version as before?

Were these files republished?

Did you try to Clean the Preferences? Did you install new fonts recently? I learned on this forum that some fonts could cause issues.
