Have installed NeoSpeech voices but they won't launch in Speech Management

I have installed NeoSpeech voices but as I try to use text to speech, the Speech Management window prompts that I need to install NeoSpeech...Which I have already done. Any tips on how to successfully launch the voices and use text to speech?

Do you see the VT folder in your C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Captivate 7 x64 folder?

If yes, you need to clear the preferences and try again. Refer point 8 here.

Basic Captivate Troubleshooting Techniques | Infosemantics Pty Ltd

If you don't see the folder, something went wrong during Neospeech installation. You need to install it again.
