Have we lost the ability to have custom design for different breakpoints with Adobe Captivate 2017?

Hi,

With Adobe Captivate 9, we can have different layouts and objects inside different breakpoints. Have we lost this ability with Adobe Captivate 2017?

I think I found the answer to my own question. We can switch to Fluid box mode to Breakpoint mode by selecting the option shown below.
