Having audio problem on iPhone

Hi, I am using captivate 2019 and export my course in HTML5. It runs on all browsers perfectly. It runs on iPhone but there is no audio. I tried my best to solve this problem. Is there anyone who can help me in this regard. I really appriciate that.
