Having issues with Captivate 9.0 developed SCORM 2004 courses not keeping the web page from timing out. Is there a 'keep alive' script that can be added?

LMS is web-page accessed and current Captivate 9.0 developed courses are not keeping the web page from timing out.  Storyline provides a 'keep alive' code script so that the web page doesn't timeout, which causes bookmarking issues with the LMS.

Any ideas or workarounds are appreciated!
