Having problem inserting hyperlinks on Text Caption (Using Character properties.)

So I have a Text caption in which I want to highlight text and add a hyperlink (See picture below .)  Problem is that when I click on the text caption both hyperlink boxes show active under properties even if there isn't a hyperlink there.  Clicking "add or remove" hyperlink buttons on the character buttons does nothing.  The only way to get these buttons to work is to completely exit Captivate, then re-open file.  Only then will it work.

Anyone else also have this problem?

Thanks,

I am on Windows. When you installed the patch, did you first clear the Preferences and delete the Layouts folder in the Shared documents? It is the first time this typeof problem is mentioned, blogged recently about hyperlinks a couple of times and did a lot of exploring. Really wonder what is happening for you. Is this also happening when you use a shape as text container?

    Captivate 9.0.2.421, OSX 10.11.6.

In case you need this: iMac Late 2013 3.5Ghz 32GBDDR3, Nvidia GTX 780M 4096MB.
