Having to reactivate Captivate 7 ASA almost every day

Starting a few weeks ago I've had to occasionally reactivate my Cp7 ASA license when first launching Captivate in the morining. Starting with the middle of last week, I've had to do this every morning. The activation always goes through correctly, but it's really annoying to have to re-license the program.

    Hello ,

    I don't think that Captivate is getting activated .

    The thing is that it was originally activated back in July. The window that appears says that my trial has expired so I click on the link to activate, re-entery my account credentials, enter my serial number, and then it allows me to use the program for the rest of the day.
