Having trouble playing video in Adobe (.mp4, from Keynote to PDF, playing on Windows)

Hi all!

I would LOVE some help getting a .mp4 video file to play in my interactive PDF. It opens to slide 1 where I have the video set. I would like it to play automatically and to loop. Also on the page are some interactive buttons that the user can touch to be taken to various pages. This PDF is being displayed on an interactive Dell touch screen. I originally created the slides in Keynote on a mac, then converted it to a PDF and moved it to my HP laptop.

I can't get the video to play at all. What do you recommend???
