Hello, I am experiencing a problem with capability issues with Adobe 7 and Adobe 9. My Adobe 9 file could not be open via Adobe captivate 7 software. Please kindly advice

Captivate has never been backwards compatible. You will not be able to open

CP9 files in CP7, not even when they are upgraded from that version.

Technically, it's the other way 'round.

Captivate BACKWARD COMPATIBLE because later versions of Captivate can open projects created in earlier versions.

However, Captivate has never been FORWARD COMPATIBLE because earlier versions (like Cp7) cannot open projects created in later versions (like Cp8 or Cp9).
