Help about Multi-Slide Video with playbar not sync

I create video training and I chose multi-slide video.

In preview, everything ok when I play and change session by TOC and playbar.

When I publish project and play it in browser it have problem.

Problem:

Ex: Video split to 3 slide. ( I add more 2 slide for description of session)

Slide 1: Video (Multi-Slide)

Slide 2: Text ( not have video)

Slide 3: Video (Multi-Slide)

Slide 4: Text (not have video)

Slide 5: Video (Multi-Slide)

When I play Slide 3 , I click back (on playbar or chose Slide 2 on TOC). Slide 2 shown but video of Slide 3 continue play in this background of slide 2.

Please help me.

No, i want use video slide of captivate to sync with playbar. I split video by timeline of captivate

I'm sorry, but that is not a solution if you want text slides in between the video. You can add text containers on the same slide as the video, but they will not pause the video.

I split video to 3 slide, after i add 2 slide text between them.

That is the problem, will try to explain again:

split the video in 3 video clips (using another application)
insert each video clip on one slide
now you can insert slides in between.

I insert multi-slide video.

i think captivate can't control when i insert slide text between them.

When i click back on playbar at video slide to text slide, text slide will show but background is video of slide video.

Thanks for correcting your screen name!

There must be some misunderstanding: if you want a slide with text in between two slides with videos, you need to create two video clips, one for each of those slides.

Glad to help. Sorry, I don't know much about Captivate myself. I use it for simple screen records once in a while, but use Premiere Pro for the rest of my processing. Just came over to help with the username trouble.

Hopefully the regulars of this Captivate forum can help get you going.
