HELP! Captivate 5 - Parallels 6 - Win 7 (64bit) Macbook Pro - Unable to load

I have Captivate 5 trial demo installed on a macbook pro using windows 7 (64 bit) and parallels 6.

It is installed on the Windows side (no errors on the install).  I contacted Adobe Support through chat.

They looked on my computer and verified it is installed on the windows side. However, they said it is launching from the mac os

side.  That's why it is not running.  That's when they suggested I try the user forum.

I have turned off windows/mac sharing and even applied the new Captivate 5 patch.  However, it still won't launch the app.

Here's the error msg:  The application was unable to start correctly (0x0000005).  Click OK to close the application.

p.s. At the time of the install, share mac/windows folders was selected. However, I unchecked them after the install and the application still attempts the install from the mac os side.

One of my Windows 7 computers would not launch C5 until I right clicked the executable file and ran it as Admin.  That was a one time affair and it runs normally now.   Sorry, I've got zero experience with MacBooks and Parallets.

Good Luck
