Help! I need to create my own Certificate of Completion

I'm new to Captivate 8 and am inserting a Certificate of Course Completion widget into my project.  It doesn't have enough info on it for my supervisor, so I need to try to create my own widget to use.  We don't have Flash Pro, is there another way to do it?  I know there are other widget creator programs, but I am totally clueless about this!

    However, I feel it only fair to warn you that creating widgets for Captivate is likely to be a frustrating experience and you will likely receive no help from Adobe. PLUS every new version of Captivate will likely break your existing widgets.

    If you can achieve your Completion Certificate another way I suggest you go that route.
