HELP!!! Imported a Captivate 4 project on Captivate 5 and graphics are all pixelated? Help please!

We just upgraded from CS4 to CS5 and after publishing my project and uploading on my LMS I realized that all my graphics are pixelated.  The graphics were developed on either Illustrator or Photoshop 4.  Is that why? Can I do anything to solve that within the program?

I've been really frustated with Captivate 5!

I am aggregating the project using a program called Simple SCORM packager.  I dont have the Suite.

Hope someone can help me! thanks in advance!

What quality settings are you using to publish each slide?  (Select a slide, go to Properties > General > Quality)

If it's set to Low 8bit, try using High 24bit.

    Hello,

As Rod suggested, your issue is probably due to a too low quality setting for the slides. You can change this by changing this for each slide where necessary in the Properties panel, or you can override the slide settings when publishing, instead of tweaking all slide settings. You choose then Edit, Preferences, Project, SWF Size and Quality and deselect 'Retain Slide Quality' and set it to High (24-bit).

Captivate 5 seems to be more sensitive to slide quality than previous versions.
