Help: Presenter 11 publish error.

I recently changed to a new laptop with Windows 10, and PowerPoint 2016.  I activated the Presenter 11 on this new PC.

Now I have an issue to show the publish of the presentation in either IE or Chrome:

• When using index.htm, there shows nothing but a blank page.

• When using SCORM.htm, this error message showed:
• 
• When click OK, showed this in IE:
• 
• or this in Chrome:
• 

Please need your help to solve this quickly.
