Help purchasing software: error 413 Header Length too Large

I am trying to purchase the educational version of Adobe Captivate and when I press the 'buy now' button I get the error message '413 Header Length too Large'. Any suggestions please? I'd really like to buy it as soon as possible.

I am on a Mac with OSX 10.11.3, Using chrome to download.
