help:random question slide in captivate 8

Hi there

This should go without saying, but you said you created a blank project and only have some slides and a quiz result slide.

Have you added question slides to the Question Slide POOL? Random Question slides draw from a pool. Captivate does allow insertion of random question slides without checking to ensure there are slides in a pool.

1) I insert the random question slides in responsive project , the output works well.but  the output doesn't work when i insert the random question slides in a blank project.

2) The project only have 3 slides, the title slides (automatically created by the captivate), the random question slides (manually created), and the  quiz results slide (automatically created).   when i delete the title slide ,the problem is still there.

so i don't know how to ....?
