I an using Captivate and can't insert equation. (Still using the trial version) But still I need to see how mathtype works.

    Mathmagic used to come bundled with Adobe Captivate but it is no longer included. You can download a free version that will generate your equations for you. You can purchase the full version but a "Lite" version is available. Here's the website: http://www.mathmagic.com/

    It is no longer available in version 11 and 11.5. Which version do you use? Check its version number under Help, About Captivate.
