HELP!!!! Using Cap9. All my rollover/caption and rollover sidelets no longer work! I don't want to have to recreate. HELP!

I just finished this project that has tons and tons of rollover captions and sidelets.  They were all working fine until today.  I have looked at everything and have nothing.  I could use some help to figure out whats wrong.  I do see some weird ghost border....see screenshot.  I made the ghost border limegreen that shows up below the stage.  When you move the hoover border, the green box moves.
