Help with Background Music

I have imported background music and made it loop, I have my speakers turn on but when I publish the file, I don't hear the background music. Please help. What am I doing wrong? I'm using Captivate 4.

    Hello,

    It is perhaps a stupid question, but could you check in the Preferences (Edit menu), under Project, Publish Settings if 'Include audio' is activated? Do you hear the audio when previewing?
