Why does Captivate 9 revert my Failure Messages back to 1 for imported preferences?

Hello.

I am using Captivate 9. I exported project preferences to be used across multiple projects. All my Quizzes have infinite attempts and 3 Failure Messages. When I import the saved preferences to another project, the Failure messages revert back to 1. WHY? is there a fix?

It's very annoying to have to re-enter all my failure messages.

I never had this issue in Captivate 8. In Cp8, I can import preferences created from Cp8 or Cp9 and the failure messages remain as is.

Can someone help me with this?
