Help with Puzzle Widget Captivate 7

I created a module with15 slides that make use of the Puzzle Widget.  The first two slides do not display the puzzle pieces but all of the other slides work fine.  Tried deleting and recreating these two slides, recapturing the image but nothing seems to work.  Any thoughts?

Bit of guessing here: is there something different about the images you are using? I would never put an interaction on the first slide, is that the case (loading time)?

What happens if you move the slides around: are the first two slides always broken?

Did you test in Preview or after publishing? Which output: SWF or HTML5?

Images are all jpg screenshots. The puzzles start on the fourth slide. I tried using both preview and publish as SWF. Have not tried moving the slides around but I'll try that.  When I was creating this I previewed the slides as I created them and they all worked fine it was only after I tried to preview the entire project that I noticed the first two puzzle widgets did not display the pieces.
