Help with Using Click text boxes to create guided practice in video

Howdy all!

I am trying to use click boxes to create a non-graded quiz. I've already selected to have the click box not count towards the quiz score. 

I have the following options selected:

This is how it appears on my captivate screen:

When I go to preview the video is when I have the problem. If I click any where but on the correct site nothing happens.  The Click here guide appears when I hover over the clickable area. The correct test appears when its supposed to.

Looking at the setting I can't see how to get the the following done:

3 tries then you move on to the next slide

Click here text to appear after the second incorrect try

The incorrect (blue box) to appear after the first and second tries have failed.

Is there something I am missing in my settings?
