Help with video

I embedded an mp4 video file on a slide and i can see it when i view slide show, but not when i publish to a pdf - please help!

Hi,

Sorry to hear about your issue. How did you insert the MP4 video - using Presenter or Powerpoint?

Request you to please provide below mentioned details.

  • Presenter Version
  • OS in use
  • PP version along with the architecture type (32-bit/64-bit)

Also it will be great if you could package your project and share it with me along with your published pdf output, using drop box. (zhussain@adobe.com)

Note: You can package your project using Package option available on the Presenter ribbon.
