Here we go again! Another issue with APKs published from Captivate

So, back in September Adobe finally provided a new phonegapconfig.xml file to fix an APK publishing issue in Captivate because of changes that were made to Adobe PhoneGap Build.

Now PhoneGap Build has had some new changes (we're up to version 7.0.1) which is causing issues with APK files published from Captivate again! Everything seems fine when you publish. You can even install the APK on an Android device, but (and it's a big but!!) when you try to open the installed app you get a never ending spinner and the app never opens.

When will this issue be fixed and why doesn't Adobe seem to test the effects of their changes to Adobe PhoneGap on their other apps?
