Hi there, I'm a newbie I've created my first module all is fine except that one question in particular is causing my quiz to crash when a user tries to submit an answer they get the following error message:

Processing Error

Could not set one or more values as requested.

  More information:

  • The value (Gloves are an excellent alternative to  having to perform hand hygiene) is not a valid value for the cmi.interactions.2.description element. The data was not updated. More information: ' ', hexadecimal value 0x03, is an invalid character.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Michael

Without diving too deep into the problem, have you tried to rebuild the question slide and delete the problematic one?

Silly error I hit shift-enter to force the question to be on 2 lines, the shift-enter creates a hidden character that crashes the quiz. Found out about it by fluke copied and pasted the question into notepad and saw a box at the end of the line.
