High quality text-to-speech voices

Question

Looking tor some high quality voices that can be used for Captivate text-to-speech. We have already looked at Neo Speech and Loquendo voices. Need better quality than these 2 options. Prepared to pay for very high quality voices.

Not sure if you're still looking for a voice, but I work at an AI research lab in Seattle where we've built a text-to-speech engine that produces speech that's nearly indistinguishable from the human voice.
