On the timeline the highlight box is above the animation but it disappears once the animation starts. The animation I believe is in Animate and the highlight box is a smart shape. They are using CP2019.
Here is a screenshot, you see the path on top and I highlighted AdobeCaptivate.ini. Make a copy of that file, maybe to your desktop. Rename the original file (you may need to restore it) and after editing the copy, move it to this directory.
