Highlight Box Transitions in Video Demo Mode

Using Captivate 8 I am trying to add a dissolve in and out transition to the Highlight Box in the timeline.  This presentation is a Video demo.  I can find the transitions in the Properties window, however, I cannot figure out how to apply them to the Highlight Box segment in the timeline.
