Hot Spot separate swf file

I am publishing a project as swf, and need ONE swf file to present using Centra/Saba symposium. I used several Hot Spot quizzes in this project, and when I publish it created two files - one swf for the project and one swf for the Red Arrow Circle hot spot.

How do I publish it all to ONE swf file?

Okay, I worked around it by selecting a Hot Spot image in jpg format instead of flash format.

However, if anyone knows how to use the flas Hot Spot and publish as one swf, I am still interested.
