Hot spots on a map Version 8 and 9

Hi folks,

Does anybody know if you can create polygon hotspots on say a map inserted into Captivate whereby they are created with the say polygon tool which is in Captivate smartshapes.

I can create square type rollover captions but how would you create organic shapes ie. around say the area of Adelaide and make this a rollover caption?
