Hotspot doesn't accept correct answer

Hi,

I am running into a Hotspot issue that I've never had before... Using Captivate 9

As you can see on the first screenshot, I have marked the "on requisition column" as hotspot. When I go ahead and take the quiz and click on the correct column, it still gives me a failure message. When I review to quiz to see what the problem was, it shows me the second screenshot. This is very irritating, since I clicked in the correct spot. It happens on all of my slides. Closing the program, clearing the cache didn't help. Any ideas?
