Hotspot moving from where placed

Hi, I'm using Captivate 12.4. When opening my project in preview and/or published project, the hotspots are further left than where placed in the app.  I read a similar issue posted in Feb 2024 and followed the instruction to clear cache but this has not fixed the issue. Why is this issue persisting and is there a fix?
