Hotspot personalisation

I am creating a VR course for my company. In that context I would like to take colleagues from personalised Hotspot to personalised Hotspot. I would like the visited or coming Hotspots to be subdued and just the next one in full size and colours. Is that possible and, if so, how can I do that?
