Hotspot quiz slide question
Hi all,
We conducted user testing yesterday and I noticed an interesting thing when learners did hotspot activities:
Learners select images but before submitting their answer they change their mind and remove a hotpot from one of the images by clicking on it (they didn't use the undo button). For some reason, when they submit their answer Captivate still counts the removed hotpost as part of their answer. So it may happen that if learners select all correct answers but remove a hotspot from one of the correct images before submitting their answer the system will still say they got the answer right.
Is there any way to stop captivate from counting that hotpost as a part of the learner's answer?
I hope this makes sense.
Thank you
