Hotspots in 360 video disappearing in playback.

I'm building a 360 video VR project with hotposts.

When playing back the video either in preview or published mode, the hotspots disappear once the video starts playing. The yellow mouse over glow still happens if you hover over where the hotspot sits and you can click it but the button visual is gone. Is this something to do with duration settings or a big?

It wouldn't be so bad if they re-appeared once playback was paused.

The version I'm using is Captivate Classic 11.8.2.254

I didn't use 360 slides in this version yet (and that version is bit buggy). Did you insert a static image or a video? 360 videos have always been bit tricky, you may have a look at this blog post:
