How can I add links, images, and text formatting (bold) to the XML code used for the Learning Interactions Glossary?

I would like to add links, images, and text formatting to my glossary.  Is this possible?  I don't want to add the image using the widget itself because it is displaying the images too small and can only be aligned left and right. I am using Captivate 8
