How can i change a shared action

Hello comunity,i build simple learning interactions on my own. In these interactions i have advanced Actions and shared Actions.Sometimes i want to change some things in a shared ations (for example i want to integrate a new variable).For me it would be really great if i could change some issues and then save the shared Action under the same name.  But i don´t find this possibility. Captivate asks always for a new name and then i must take a new name for the shared action and then change all the actions in my slides.to the new Action.My question: How can change some issues in my shared Action and save the shared action under the same (old) name?thank youRainer

Like for shared actions there is still no smooth work flow for editing. Maybe these tips can help:

If you make sure the old shared action is no longer applied to any event, by checking the Usage in the Library, you are able to delete that action. But since you are editing, start first by creating an 'advanced' action (no need for a name), based on the template that exists for each shared action and that you find under the Blank button. You fill in the parameters, can save it as an advanced action. Then delete the old shared action. The created advanced action can now be saved as a shared action with the same name. This is pretty exceptional. Too bad, you'll have to define again all parameters, enter the description for the action and the parameters. There is no way to keep that information, crossing my fingers that the work flow will at least in a future version be more user friendly.
