How can i control the height of the interface ?

I use captivate 2017 and notice differences in viewing interface between display, publish html5 and publish scorm !!!

Especially in HEIGHT and mobile. How can i do ?

How can i limit the interface in landscape (and not authorize mobile to view in  portrait) ?
