How can I create a customized restart quiz button?

I need to create a restart quiz button in Captivate 9 that will reset the quiz and return the learner to my assessment intro slide (not the first question slide). I'm sure it can be done with a javascript or an advanced action, I just am not certain. Is this possible?

Easiest way it to put a scored object on the first slide (like a button or a click box), and use the default Retake button on the score slide.
