How can I display custom quiz results slide based on timer data?

In addition to quiz score results, I would like to be able to use timer data to customize the feedback given to users based on how long it takes them to complete the quiz.

For example, if more than 10 minutes, they might receive a graphic & text that displays "novice", if between 6-10 minutes it might display "intermediate", if between 2-6 minutes it might read "expert", etc.

Possible?
