How can i extract all text from a captivate module ?

Hello,

For translating purpose i would like to extract all the text from a captivate module in an excel sheet or a word document.

Do you know if such an option exists ?

I use Captivate 8.

Go to File > Export > Project Captions and Closed Captions.

This generates an MS Word document that can be used to translate the text in all captions and Closed Captions.

Your translator must not change anything in any column other than the one that is headlined Updated Text Caption Data.

From the time you export this document to the time you reimport it back into the same Captivate project file you must not change any of the captions or slides.
