I run captivate as administrator. I am using external networks, is all local. I am not using fluid boxes. I have been working with breakpoint views.

    This is the message:

    errorMessage

After this message there is another that say Internal error.

If publish is failing, you are either trying to publish to a folder location for which you do not have the necessary permissions, or else there is something in your current project that is tripping up the publish process.

First make sure you are pointing the publish folder to be a folder somewhere local on your computer's C drive.

If it still fails, try hiding groups of slides in your current project and attempting to republish.  If you can successfully publish when certain slides are hidden (which prevents them from being included in the output) then investigate more about those slides or objects.  One or more of them may have become corrupted.

Are you on Win or Mac? Which Preview did you use?

I am on Windows and used project preview, also Captivate won't let me publish my project or even make a project preview of any kind.

Do you run Captivate as Administrator? Do you use any external or networked drive in the paths for 'Publish at' and/or 'Project Cache' (in Preferences)? Was the responsive project created with the Fluid Boxes work flow or with Breakpoint views? Can you post a screenshot of the error message?
