The motion path animation of the object works well, I would like the object to continuously move on the selected motion path for that slide.

I know this is an old post but I've been looking for a way to loop object effects as well. You may have already seen this but a user by the name of jm jullien created a youtube (Adobe Captivate 9: Loop animation effects - YouTube ) video on this. In case the link doesn't work for whatever reason, you can view the thread here (Looping Object Effects ). It worked great for me.

Hello I have made a new video showing an easier way to make loop animations with Captivate 2017 and 2019:

Can you explain a little bit more? Do you know that motion effects are

always relative to the current position of the object? I have a blog post

about resetting effects workaround.

It is like when I select an motion path effect to the object. For instance, in the "Circle" motion path effect the object will circle only one time on the path. I want to loop the effect such that the object should continuously move on the path until I go to another slide.

Infinite looping is not easy but you can have several effects after each

other and create a custom effect
