Question

How can I make a 'Learning/personality style' test in Activate (6)

Hi There,

I'm new to Activate, but I have some (probably hopelessly outdated) logic programming skills.

I was wonderings if (and how) it is possible to create a personality-type test/quiz in Captivate 6 (to be imported/used in Moodle).

I've seen the Riker scale option, but that's not exactly what I am after.

The test (which is originally made in MS Excel) has 20 questions with 4 possible answers, scoring towards 6 different learning styles (LS 1 through 6). The scoring has to be similar to:

If answer is A then add 1 point to 'LS 2'

If answer is B then add 1 point to 'LS 5'

And so forth...

At the end, each learning style (LS) will have a separate 'score'.

If those scores can then be used to create a graph that can be shown in Moodle it would be brilliant, but at this time I'd settle for just being able to make and score the questions in the above described way...

Any help/tip is appreciated!

Thanks,

Mijke

Hope you are talking about Captivate?

Is it something like this: http://blog.lilybiri.com/graded-survey

Oops... Now there's a stupid mistake...

Yes, I was of course talking about Captivate. I have no idea where I came up with Activate, sorry about that.

Now let me have a look at your link while I hit myself over the head a couple of times... ;-)
