How can I prevent playback control bar from going forward before filling out TEB box?

I am using Adobe Captivate 8. How can I prevent the playback control bad to move forward until the student puts their name in one TEB and their email in another TEB? In other words, they shouldn't be able to move foward by clicking the forward buttons. They only should be able to enter their name and email address.
