How can I resize a captivate 5.5 project?

I imported ppt 2007 slides into a blank captivate 5.5 project. When I publish, the project information had a resolution of 960 x 720. The screen is too big in internet explorer when I play the html. How can I make it just alittle smaller?

Modify, Rescale Project. But every rescaling will result in quality loss, downscaling while keeping the width/height ratio fixed is the best way however.
