How can I set spelling checker's options in the project for the Russian language?

I got a dva_ru_RU.dict installed which is the same as dictionaries used in Adobe Captivate. When trying to check spelling in the project by pressing F7, I find that the Russian dictionary is not in the list of dictionaries.

Hello Larisa,

Currently it is not possible to extend the languages for the dictionary. Can you please email a feature request to wish-captivate@macromedia.com? This request will directly go to engineering, and it will help us to prioritize for future releases.
