How do I add a link to a website in an Adobe Captivate 8 project?

I have added web links to projects before, but this time it does not populate. I have selected:

Interactions > Learning Interactions > Web Object > Insert

Added the address, checked the Preview (it works), selected ok.

The simulation page looks exactly like my previous projects but when viewing, the web object/link never opens.

After publishing I used the html link created - this has worked before. I have several people review content before uploading to my LMS.
