How do I add xAPI statement to Captivate 2017

I want to add additional xAPI statement to Captivate so that we can have more robust reporting.

What file would i edit in Captivate to add these statements?

Or do I have to create an external *.js file that I will need to run?

I believe everything is in the scormdriver.js.

I found the file. Do I add my statements at the end? Does TCAPI stand for Tin Can API?
