Text is only anti-aliased when the 'caption type' is set to [transparent] . Whenever I use a 'caption type' besides [transparent], the text is not anti-aliased anymore.

Hi sethpn and welcome to our community

Uh, just so I totally understand you, the goal is to Enable anti aliasing? I ask, because it's most often the other way around. Folks don't like the anti aliasing and want to stop it.

Assuming this is truly what you want to accomplish, the only way I can think of to accomplish it would be to use two caption types for each caption. The first (or bottom) type would be the style you desire. It would have no text. You would then superimpose a transparent caption type that sits in front of the one using the bitmap image.

    Hopefully this helps... Rick
